Taara Quest was created with the belief that equal influence of women is central to solving the most challenging problems of our time, and that every woman carries the potential to develop this influence.
However, with ongoing cultural, social and organizational barriers for women globally, opportunities to influence and lead are unequally distributed and accessible.
As a result, we are building a safe community space for women to be better equipped, supported and trained along their journey by failing safely, learning experientially and supporting one another.
We believe that the Metaverse is not just a buzzword, but a space giving women enormous possibilities to grow, create and impact the world in new ways and at an exponentially greater scale.
We help women bring their light into the world undimmed and become bold, authentic leaders.
Becoming a true leader takes time and can be rough. To make it through the ups and downs of this journey we need supportive relationships. To foster these, we create an atmosphere of openness and sharing. Everyone contributes with a "give first" approach, in order to make the community as impactful as possible, with an impact far greater than the sum of our parts.
There is a multitude of proven resources, methodologies and coaching experiences available to advance in leadership. But knowing isn’t the same as doing. That’s why we design and deliver virtual learning experiences that women can practice safely in, adding a much needed yet currently overlooked experiential realm to the cognitive learning skills we all have.
As innovative thinking women, we view the emerging possibilities of the Metaverse as an immense opportunity to advance and benefit from this entirely new realm of interaction. Emerging technologies rather than being the end result, facilitate new skill development through activities and experiences in the Metaverse, in order to deliver our mission, and support our members.
