By learning how to talk less and listen more we’ll give each other room to grow in our unique ways. Instead of prescribing solutions and judging too quickly let’s ask good questions and seek to understand before being understood.
What it needs to continously grow? An open, curious mind and our full undivided attention in the times we have together as a group. Let’s committ to a rigorous growth mindset and being our fully present self.
Great leaders do consistently what others just do occasionally. Yet being persistent and accountable is really hard in the day to day life. Let’s be disciplined and accountable in the small things, like attendance. Let your leader know in advance if you can’t join a meeting and communicate openly.
